Nantucket Dance Theater presents an original ballet with a creative soundtrack that tells a story of your favorite fairy tales colliding. The moral of the story? Happily ever after is an inside job, and we get by with a little help from our friends. Co-directed by Aleks Nikolic and Michelle Birmingham.

Aurora, Cinderella, and Snow White have found their prince charmings but yearn for more. They set out on an adventure and along the way meet a trio of friendly birds and the three little pigs, who become fast friends. Meanwhile, Queen Raveena and Little Red Riding Hood plot against them, but Little Red is not very good at being evil… The princesses encounter beautiful jumping fawns, the cutest mushrooms, and even tap-dancing caterpillars along their journey! They stumble across some poisoned candy planted by the Queen and fall into a deep slumber. The Sleep Fairy and her Dream Fairies ensure that the princesses’ dreams are protected - but it’s not enough to protect them from Queen Raveena. They wake up only to find themselves captured in her lair. Aurora and the other princesses plead with Queen Raveena that they don’t have to fight, they are more alike than she imagined. The Queen then softens and thanks the princesses for their wisdom and love. She dances in tandem with everyone, realizing maybe they aren’t so different after all. All of the woodland creatures return and joyously celebrate.
